Shipping policy

Order Fulfillment

After an order has been placed it typically takes our warehouse 1-2 business days to fulfill and ship the order.  Once the order has been shipped an email notification with tracking information will be sent to you.  

Shipping Options

We offer a number of different shipping options for USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.  During the check out process you will have the ability to choose which shipping provider and option you want to use.  

Shipping Costs

The cost to ship our products will vary based on your location and shipping method.  To determine your shipping cost add the item to your shopping car and proceed to checkout.  You can check the shipping options and costs before finalizing your purchase.

Lost Order

Once your order has been picked up by the shipping carrier we are no longer responsible for its delivery.  If your order is late or missing we recommend calling the carrier to start an investigation on your missing order.  Be sure you have the tracking number we provided you in your email before calling.
