How do I track my order?

Once your order has been fulfilled by our team you will receive an email with the tracking information. Alternatively, you can click here to log into your account to see your order status.

Can I modify or cancel after it has been placed?

We recommend you contact asap if you want to modify or cancel an existing order. If the order has a tracking number assigned to it then it is too late for us to modify or cancel the order.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can choose to pay with a Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, ShopPay or any Fast Turn Fittings Gift Card.

Shipping

What shipping options do you offer?

We currently work with USPS and UPS within the United States. For international shipments we use DHL. You will be able to see each carriers available services and prices at checkout.

When will my order ship?

We are working hard to get your order packed quickly. It usually takes about 1-2 business days for us to pack and ship your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do offer international shipping to many countries. During the checkout process, customers can select their country, and shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided accordingly.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We allow returns within 30 days from the date that your package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging.

We will provide a return shipping label for approved returns. There is a $5 shipping label fee, which is deducted from your refund once your return has been processed or waived if you opt for a store credit refund instead.

When can I expect my refund?

Return processing typically takes one to two weeks from the date received to be processed. We'll send you an email once your return package has been processed and another email confirming your refund has been initiated. If you've waited more than three weeks with no email from us, please reach out to us, and we will gladly help you out.

How do I start a return?

To initiate a return request please visit our website's return center.

You will need to log into the return center using the email address you used to place the order you are wanting to return.

Manufacturing Defects Warranty

Our manufacturing defects warranty protects against:

  • Thread issues
  • Structural failures of hardware

Important: This warranty only applies until the hardware has been fully installed. Once installed, the manufacturing defects coverage expires.


What’s Not Covered

The following are not covered under our warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper installation
  • Over-torquing
  • Customer modifications
  • Lost hardware

Stickers, apparel, discontinued items, and tools are also not included in our warranty coverage.


Refunds and Replacements

  • Refunds: Available within 30 days of purchase for eligible hardware.
  • Replacements: Provided for warranty-covered issues outside the 30-day window.

Submitting a Warranty Claim

  1. Proof of purchase from our website (or have your dealer contact us if purchased through a dealer).
  2. Clear photos or video demonstrating the issue.
