Important: This warranty only applies until the hardware has been fully installed. Once installed, the manufacturing defects coverage expires.
What’s Not Covered
The following are not covered under our warranty:
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper installation
- Over-torquing
- Customer modifications
- Lost hardware
Stickers, apparel, discontinued items, and tools are also not included in our warranty coverage.
Refunds and Replacements
- Refunds: Available within 30 days of purchase for eligible hardware.
- Replacements: Provided for warranty-covered issues outside the 30-day window.
