I ordered a large set of titanium fasteners through a third party in a color o didnt want. The seller would not exchamge them without a lot hassle. So i reached out to fastturn and explain the situation. They were nice enough to exchamge them for the color i did want. Customer service like this is what builds a great business. The titanium Dress-up bolts definitely completed the look in my car. I have a BMW M4 Competition and decided to 'dress up' the engine bay. Started with the titanium support bars and carbon fiber engine cover. Added carbon fiber throughout the rest of the compartment over several months. Finished it off with the Dress-up bolts to match the support bars. I didn't get any for the hood supports but they're on my to-do list. Sorta expensive but great product and adds a touch of class and elegance I think.
Still waiting for my order to arrive, i thought it was faster than that..and finally this morning they arrived directly from the USA to Italy, the delay was definitely the fault of the Italian customs five stars for you
The Bolts I ordered arrived quickly and the quality is perfect! I needed a new bolt that would fit and not interfere with my new strut bar. The washers were not the correct color I ordered, but as soon as I mentioned it they immediately sent me the correct ones. For customer service and quality, I will be using Dress Up Bolts as I continue my build. I highly recommend using their products!
