Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your Fast Turn hardware. If something isn't right, we've laid out our return, refund, and exchange process below. Questions at any point? Reach out to sales@fastturnfittings.com and we'll walk you through it.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days from the date your package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
A flat $5 return shipping fee applies to all returns. This covers the prepaid return label we provide, and the fee is deducted from your refund once we receive and process the returned item.
There are certain situations where partial refunds may be granted at our discretion after a review of your specific situation. To initiate a return or discuss your options, please visit our [Return Center] or contact us at sales@fastturnfittings.com.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 90 days from the date your package is marked as delivered, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging.
Exchanges include two costs: the $5 return fee for the original item and a shipping fee for the new item being sent out. The outbound shipping cost is calculated at the time of the exchange based on the product and destination. We'll send you a quote before processing anything so there are no surprises.
To start an exchange, contact us at sales@fastturnfittings.com with your order number and which product you'd like to switch to.
Refunds
Please allow our team up to 5 business days to inspect and process your return after it arrives. Once processed, we'll send you an email confirming we've received the item and notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund — minus the $5 return fee — will be issued to your original payment method. Most refunds post within 7–10 business days.
Late or missing refunds: Contact your payment provider first to confirm the posting date on their end. If the refund still hasn't posted after that date, reach out to us at sales@fastturnfittings.com and we'll look into it.
Sale items: Sale items are refunded at the sale price paid, not the regular MSRP.
Replacements
Items are replaced only if they arrive defective or damaged. If this happens, contact us at sales@fastturnfittings.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number.

If you're shipping an item valued over $75 without our prepaid label, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee receipt of returns shipped without tracking.
