How is the gift card delivered? +
By email, right after checkout. Nothing ships, so there's no shipping charge on the card. If you check "I want to send this as a gift" on the product page, you can email it straight to the recipient with a personal message and choose the date it arrives.
Does the gift card expire? +
No. Fast Turn Fittings gift cards never expire, and any balance you don't use stays on the card for your next order.
The part I want is sold out. Can I still use a gift card? +
Yes, and that's one of the best ways to use one. Buy the gift card now and use it as soon as your parts are back in stock. The card keeps its full value until you check out.
How do I use my gift card? +
Shop fastturnfittings.com as usual, then enter the gift card code in the gift card field at checkout. You can use more than one gift card on a single order.
How do I check my balance? +
Open the gift card email and click the link to view your card. It shows your current balance. You can also email sales@fastturnfittings.com and we'll look it up for you.
I lost my gift card email. What do I do? +
Email sales@fastturnfittings.com with the name and email address used on the order and we'll resend it.
